A responsive project team to manage all your projects
Since the inception of our company, we have maintained a close relationship with our clients. Our entire team is located in our manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth communication. Our clients can visit our office to see the build or work directly with our project team and production experts. This allows for smooth communication and close relationships with our clients.
Capabilities
Maestra provides a variety of in-house solutions for projects. We use CNC machining for precise parts, have skilled craftsmen for custom woodwork, a spray-painting facility, a welding department for metal fabrication, and temporary structures for outdoor installations up to three stories tall.
Project Management
Our project managers have an average of 15 years of experience, with some having up to 30 years of experience in the industry. They have worked on major projects in the region such as EXPO 2020, FIFA World Cup, and Neom.
Carpentry & Joinery
Our highly skilled and versatile team draw on decades of experience working with an array of materials. Traditional carpentry and joinery enhance the production process allowing us to deliver the highest scenic standard.
CNC Workshop
Our state of the art CNC workshop has the capacity to work with a vast range of materials including plywood, acrylic, solid surface, MDF, Di-bond and aluminium to name a few.
Paint Shop & Finishing
Our shop has a wide range of high-end spray finishing solutions that can be applied to numerous substrates ranging from wood and MDF to plastic, metal and glass. We also offer more traditional scenic treatments to meet our client’s individual requirements.
Metal Fabrication
Experts in MIG, TIG and arc welding, fabricating in mild steel and non-ferrous materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, bronze and brass. Our metal experts can also produce large structures and staging solutions.
Creative Structures
Showblock by Maestra are highly functional structures made of a robust steel framework, allowing for up to three stories. They are constructed sustainably and allow creatives to merge design, practicality, and uniqueness.
