Our event project management and fabrication team provided a comprehensive, turnkey solution for AVANTGARDE Group and their client BMW at the BMW Forwardism event. The objective was to transform large spaces in three locations across the UAE, including ADNEC and Dubai Exhibition Center, into immersive brand experiences.
Our event contracting team delivered a full turnkey solution, including the entrance tunnel, presentation room, and exhibition gallery, to create a global immersive brand experience. Each element of the space was carefully crafted in our workshop in Dubai and replicated exactly in the three different locations at different times of the year.
