Maestra were appointed by the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Climate Change and Environment to provide full turnkey event contracting services to the UN COP13 Ramsar Convention on Wetlands an event that promotes the preservation and responsible utilisation of wetlands worldwide as a contribution towards achieving sustainable development throughout the world.
In close collaboration with the ministry and the UN organizing committee, our event production team successfully designed and executed the fabrication and transformation of a 2,500 square meter indoor space. This involved the construction of meeting rooms, exhibition stands, reception areas, F&B areas and the main stage & break-out rooms. To elevate the visual appearance of the event, our team of experts installed and fabricated over 1,000 square meter of scenic walling and 5,000 square meter of event branding.
Additionally, our team crafted a custom temporary office village utilising a temporary structures, complete with necessary services such as internet, integrated air conditioning, and power.
